Privacy & Cookies

Your newsletter subscription is optional. Optional Kit form analytics stay off until you allow them. You can subscribe without allowing optional tracking, and unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
Who is responsible
SteelCraft Studios operates this website from Argentina and is responsible for the personal information collected through its newsletter.
Address: Av. Pte. Roque Sáenz Peña 616, postal code 1058, CABA, Argentina.
Privacy contact: contact@steelcraftstudios.com.
Information we collect
The signup form asks for your email address. Kit, our email service provider, processes subscription and confirmation records, delivery information, and technical information associated with your request, such as IP address and request time. If you contact us, we also receive your message and the information you choose to include.
Providing your email address is voluntary. Without it, we cannot send the newsletter. Browsing the rest of the website does not require a subscription. Do not submit sensitive information through the signup form.
Why we use it
We use your email address to send updates about Age of Adventure, SteelCraft Studios, upcoming Kickstarter campaigns, future projects and releases. We also use necessary subscription records to manage confirmation, delivery, unsubscribe requests, privacy requests and security.
We ask for your agreement when you subscribe and use email confirmation to verify your address. Withdrawing consent stops future newsletter emails; it does not invalidate processing that took place before withdrawal.
Kit and international processing
We use Kit to process signup requests, manage our subscriber list and deliver emails. Kit and its service providers may process information outside Argentina, including in the United States. Data protection rules in those countries may differ from those where you live.
Information about Kit's processing of newsletter subscriber data and its international transfer terms is available in its Data Processing Addendum. Kit's own website and hosted pages are also subject to its Privacy Policy. Those pages may use technologies separate from this website's settings.
Our cookie controls govern the optional Kit script on this website. They do not control email-delivery records, the settings of your email client, or Kit pages you choose to visit.
Cookies and browser storage
The locally implemented site features do not need advertising cookies or analytics to work. We use browser local storage to remember your privacy choice for up to 180 days. This preference record contains your choice, its date and the policy version, rather than your email address.
If you allow optional Kit form analytics, we load Kit's public form script. It can record form visits and subscriptions, receive the page URL and referrer, and store a browser identifier and subscription marker. If you reject optional tracking or have not made a choice, we do not load that script. The newsletter can still send your signup request directly to Kit.
You can change your choice below or through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing optional permission removes the known Kit local-storage entries created by this integration and reloads the page to stop its active script. It does not delete information already received by Kit; contact us for a data request.
When your browser sends Global Privacy Control, this implementation keeps optional Kit tracking off. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tags or other external analytics have been configured in this website's supplied code.
Processing a signup still requires a network connection to Kit. Kit may process technical security information to protect that service, regardless of your optional tracking choice. Netlify hosts this website and receives technical request information, such as IP addresses, URLs and request times, to deliver and protect it. No optional Netlify visitor analytics or advertising integration is configured in this delivery.
Unsubscribe and retention
Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter to stop receiving it. You can also contact us using the address above. We retain newsletter information while needed for the subscription and its administration. After an unsubscribe or deletion request, limited suppression, consent, security or legal records may need to be retained to respect your choices or meet applicable obligations.
You can request details about retention and deletion for your subscription by email.
Your privacy rights
You can contact us to request information about your data, access, correction, updating, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing or receive portable data. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request; do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
In Argentina, Law 25.326 provides personal data protections. You can consult or contact the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) about your rights or a complaint. Where European or other privacy rules apply, you may also contact the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. Before introducing materially different data uses, we will provide the information and request any consent required for them.
For privacy questions, to limit newsletter use, or to request deletion, email contact@steelcraftstudios.com.
